Background

While balancing the demands of motherhood, graduate school, military service, and a full-time corporate job, I found myself mentally overwhelmed and emotionally drained. I considered pursuing a PhD because of my passion for research, but life had other plans. Feeling the weight of it all, I decided to step back from further education and embarked on a deeper journey of personal research and discovery of TRUTH.

 

This journey started in 2020, that led me to therapy, strengthened my spiritual practices, and deepened my understanding of philosophy, human psychology, emotions, and body energetics. Through this path of self-exploration, I evolved to become more intentional, calm, and aligned with my inner truth, creating space for my creativity to flourish.

 

I now dedicate myself to providing you a wealth of curated solutions, holistic tools and resources designed to empower you to create intentional habits, bring harmony to your routines, and evolve into your most balanced and authentic self.
